Thank you to everyone who stopped by Anahata International’s table at the DC Global Mala at THEARC. What an amazing event. It was a true pleasure to be amidst such a vibrant, well-meaning group of local yogis. We caught up with friends, old and new, and shared Anahata’s mission and work with many of you. Anahata at the 2008 DC Global Mala

Today also marks the beginning of a partnership between Anahata International, The DC Global Mala, and THEARC. In the coming weeks, Anahata will begin giving classes with the Washington Ballet’s presence at THEARC to serve the local community with yoga. More to come soon!
